What we collect
We collect details you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, project notes, uploaded assets and product interest. Hue waitlist and Byline update forms may collect your email address and product preferences.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry, project, billing and support records for as long as needed to provide services, handle renewals, meet accounting obligations and resolve disputes. If information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, DNS, analytics, payments, email delivery, forms, customer support and automation. Examples may include Cloudflare, Square, Google services, domain registrars, hosting providers and internal Mobilebarn systems. We only share what is needed for the service to work.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct contact details, unsubscribe from marketing, or review information connected to your account. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or service-continuity reasons.
