Legal

Terms

These terms apply to Mobilebarn Digital website services, digital product pages, Hue references and Byline references on this site.

Business identity

Mobilebarn Digital is operated by Mobilebarn Pty Ltd. Hue and Byline are Digital Division products referenced from this site and may also operate on their own domains.

Payments, refunds and cancellations

Quoted prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Work normally starts after payment or written approval. Domain registrations, third-party fees and completed setup work may not be refundable once ordered or performed. If a project is cancelled, we will explain what has already been completed and what, if anything, remains refundable.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate business details, legal trading names, domain eligibility information, website copy, images and approvals. Delays in content or approvals can delay launch dates.

Domain, DNS and hosting limits

We take reasonable care with domain, DNS, SSL and hosting setup, but third-party registry, DNS, email and hosting systems can have outages, propagation delays or eligibility rules outside our control.

Support and changes

Support requests should be raised through the Digital portal where possible so the history stays attached to the account. Care Plan inclusions, response targets and change limits are governed by the package or written quote attached to the customer account.

Information on this site

We aim to keep service descriptions, pricing and product information accurate. Quotes, availability, inclusions and delivery timing are confirmed before paid work starts.

Payments and products

Website and service payments may use Mobilebarn-approved payment links. Digital Division product purchases, including Hue or Byline paid products when supported by the relevant provider, may use Stripe. Do not treat a page description as a custom quote unless confirmed in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not use Mobilebarn Digital, Hue or Byline tooling to submit unlawful content, interfere with service operation, scrape private data, or impersonate another person or business.
